It looks just like a regular soft-insulated lunchbox, but when you open it, there is a hard plastic liner that features an adjustable divider to separate different parts of your lunch (or you can remove the divider for one big area). Exterior features loops on the side for use with the included shoulder strap, as well as an external velcro pocket for more storage.
