Our lunch boxes

Are your lunchboxes new?

All of our lunch boxes for sale are brand new.

The vintage lunch boxes in our permanent collection (on display at our shop and available for movie shoots) have been acquired from various sources over time.

Does each lunch box come with a matching thermos?

No, not all lunch boxes come with matching thermoses. If a lunch box comes with a matching thermos, the photo will show a thermos next to the lunch box. Furthermore, the description of that lunch box will state "comes with a matching thermos". Some lunch boxes are offered with a plain insulated plastic or metal thermos as an optional ad-in. If so, then you may select whether you want the optional thermos by using the drop-down menu right below the price of the particular lunch box.

What does the Stock Status mean?

Products that say In Stock (below the price) can be ordered and are ready to ship.

Also, our inventory updates in real time. Though rare, sometimes stock errors happen. We will notify you immediately if this is the case.

Sold Out - the product is not immediately available. Please sign-up to be notified.

This Lunch Box is Discontinued - the product has sold out and most likely will not return

Do you offer free samples of your lunch boxes?

Getting a single lunch box before buying a large quantity, to make sure the lunch box will serve your purpose, is a really good idea.

Please go ahead and purchase your sample on our site. Then when you return to make the large purchase of a full casepack or more, we will issue a refund for that one initial lunch box, thereby converting it to a free sample.

Do you offer wholesale prices or volume discounts?

We offer a discount when our Plain Metal lunch boxes are purchased in casepack quantities. The casepacks also ship for free within USA.

Placing an order

How do I place an order?

To place an order with Lunchbox.com, select the item(s) that you are interested in.  Click the “Add to Cart!” option and then click Checkout from within the Shopping Cart.

Fill out the Check Out page, click Pay Now, and your're done!

An order ID number will be assigned and e-mailed to you after the order has been
placed. You will find your order ID in the subject line of the e-mail that is sent to you. 

How do I check shipping charges?

Our default shipping is a flat $6.95 regardless of the size of your order. Orders over $99 ship for free within contiguous USA.

To check for express and international shipping rates, put the desired item(s) in the basket by pressing “Add to Cart!”.  You will now be taken to the Shopping Cart.

·  Click on "Estimate Shipping" link towards the bottom right side of the Shopping Cart.

- Choose your country (default is United States), enter your state / province, along with zip or postal code

·  The shipping options and rates that are available to your address will then be shown in green.

·  When Checking Out, you will have the option to select an appropriate shipping method based on what was shown.

·  Orders that are over 150 pounds may not have shipping charges calculated automatically

What are my payment choices?

Lunchbox.com accepts the following payment methods:

- All major credit cards

- PayPal

- Venmo

- Amazon Payments

- Apple Pay

We do not accept terms, CODs or other forms of payment.

Do you charge sales tax?

The only orders that are subject to sales tax currently are those placed within the State of California.

How can I change / cancel an order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if an order needs to be changed or cancelled.  If your order has already been processed and shipped then we cannot make any changes.

How do I check status on my order?

You may check your order status by using the link that is provided in the confirmation email we send.

You can also use the Chat bubble at the bottom left of the screen (black with white chat symbol with three dots). And then clicking on the "Track my order" button. You'd need the order number and your e-mail address.

You may also Contact Us anytime for an order update.

Do you allow returns?

We stand behind every item we sell. Any problems will be cheerfully corrected. If any item in your order does not meet with your approval for any reason, simply return it within 14 days and we will promptly replace it, exchange it, or credit your original form of payment.

All returns require an authorization numbers; so please Contact Us and we will promptly issue you one. (Sorry, shipping fees are not refundable).

Shipping options

What are my shipping method choices?

Lunchbox.com uses US Mail, FedEx, and UPS for majority of shipping within the United States and U.S. Mail and FedEx for international shipping.

The following service types are currently provided:

Economy - Flat rate of $6.95 for orders shipped by either UPS / FedEx Ground or U.S. Mail within the contiguous United States only. Transit time is approximately 2-8 business days from when we ship. Ground shipping within contiguous USA is free for orders over $99.

UPS 2-Day Air - To any continental U.S. destination within 2 business days of shipping.

UPS Next Day Air - To any continental U.S. destination within 1 business day of shipping.

FedEx International Economy - To countries outside of the United States to where we ship.

Shipping  methods listed above do not include processing time or delivery on weekends and holidays.

Do you ship to Canada?

Yes, we ship to Canada (and we're big Toronto Raptors fans). Shipping options to Canada are:

First Class Package International - By regular Air Mail

FedEx / UPS Ground - Ground service, usually good for bigger shipments

FedEx / UPS International Economy - Faster Air service. Travel time is usually under 5 business days, but depends on delays at border Customs.

To what other countries do you ship?

The list of countries to which we ship changes depending on international conditions. And we can try to make exceptions to other countries if you contact us.

Currently, we ship to these countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom.

Do you ship to APO / FPO, Alaska, and Hawaii?

We cannot ship casepacks or large orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, outlying US territories, and APO / FPO addresses since UPS Ground and FedEx Ground do not directly service these areas.

However, we can send small orders by US Mail to these addresses.
